Super PennyCrygorfan2006 Pack 1.9 (2.4 edition)

So, DRRR 2.4 exists, and some mods have built in mod info, along with an icon inside the WAD/PK3 file.
...I don't know where they're used in game, but I added them because I could.

Added Dr. Crygor. (Speed 3 Weight 6)
Also made him Penny's primary rival.

Toad's name was in all caps, so I fixed that.

Added N64 Toad. (Speed 7 Weight 2)

Also increased the volume of the Wario Nose & Mini Pyoro followers & fixed Mini Pyoro's hurt animation not playing.

Tweaked the Mii's Front-Side sprites. I don't know why the Front-Side sprites aren't easy to do.

Also added a new follower, Mini Pyoro.

Also added a new WarioWare category for my WarioWare followers to be in.

Tweaked 9-Volt's Front-Side sprite. It didn't look that good in my opinion.

Added 9-Volt. (Speed 4 Weight 3)
Also made him Fronk's primary rival.

Added a new follower, Wario Nose.

Also changed Penny's Gloat line & added an extra pixel to Gold Penny's signpost.

Added 2 characters, Penny Mii (Speed 6 Weight 6) and Zenelope. (Speed 7 Weight 5)
Also added a new follower, Shine Sprite.
Also tweaked a few of Gold Penny's sprites.

Added SMW Mario. (Speed 7 Weight 4)
