[Open Assets] Sumawu's Ringmasters: A Ring Racers Variety Pack v2.8

- Now includes the option off all the pack's content in a single PK3!

It's for those who don't want to go through trouble with loading the individual addons by themselves.

- Now contains complete resprites for Roller and Honey Dragon!

- Roller has also gotten a restat to go along with the resprite. (s3, w7 ---> s7, w6)
- Added Team Fortress 2's Powerup Canteen to the list of followers.
- The displayed name for the Louie Egg follower has been fixed.

...It's been a while since I've done something for this pack, hasn't it?

- New Racers: Panacea (OC) and Dry Bones (Super Mario)

This update is obviously on the shorter scale but I do plan on doing more stuff for it soon (don't count on it I might just dissapear for a while again).

- Removed 3 characters from the Cameo Pack because of what has been exposed within the Indigo Park team. Replacements will be made soon.

- On a brighter note, fixed an issue with Ironman Tellware's colorization effect applying to only one player at a time. Also did a special color for it!

- Added 2 new racers: Goodra from Pokemon and Louie from Bomberman!
- Added a new follower to replace the removed one: Louie Egg!
- Gave Kolossos a new signpost sprite
- Made optimizations with the follower SPRs so freeslots can be saved up (Thanks, Fav!)

Stay tuned for whatever I cook up for this pack in the future...

- Because of controversey regarding stuff with the Undertale Yellow team, all related stuff has been removed entirely. A new character and some followers will be added as replacements in the future to compensate.

- Added two newcomers to both the OC and Cameo packs: Schmitz the Mafia Bee and Kolossos from Sonic.exe: The Disaster!
- Dillon and Mascot Mollie now use a custom kart husk and gib respectively (Fun fact: Dillon was introduced in version 2.3 of the pack but I forgot to mention it in the update notes like an idiot)
- Wesley's sprites had their colors adjusted to compensate with the change of the SpiderEgg color (This should make him look better with different colors now)
- Updated Dillon's rival list.

-The reason the OC pack is version 2.3a was with Schmitz having a extremely quiet gloat voice clip during testing on a public netgame (didn't know why I didn't catch that earlier)

More shall come in the future...

- Added a new racer: Ralsei from Deltarune Chapter 1, alongside an additional follower: Angel Ralsei!
- Readjusted some sprites on Wesley and Juno to look better.
- Changed the colorization of the raxd cat follower

There was gonna be much more to this but I've been wanting to have a break from adding to this until the fabled 2.4 update to Ring Racers eventually comes out.

- Redone and/or touched up the sprites of several characters in both the OC and Cameo packs

- Updated the rival lists of Wesley, Viper, and Juno.
- Changed the internal names of Martlet and M. Bison (now utymartlet and sfabison respectively) to avoid conflicts with other character packs
- Increased the volume of M. Bison's voiceclips
- Swapped some of Roller's voiceclips to include sounds from Armadillo Racing (Arcade)
- Changed Martlet's prefered color from Cerulean to Navy

More characters and followers will (hopefully) come soon...

- Made adjustments to some of Juno's sprites since they've bugged me upon noticing
