[Open Assets] Sumawu's Ringmasters: A Ring Racers Variety Pack v2.2a

- Made adjustments to some of Juno's sprites since they've bugged me upon noticing

I can (hopefully) rest now.

- Added Juno to the OC pack, finally filling out the OC roster (no more blank spaces in the preview!)

Consider this a little extra to top off the pack before I continue to wait for the eventual 2.4 patch.

- Added Wesley and Viper to the OC Pack.
- Added a custom color: Spider Egg! (Wesley's pref color)
- Updated Mawr's WANT icon.
- Added a new follower: Raxd Cat! errrrm actually it's a car

Enjoy this little end-of-the-month update! I'll hopefully do more stuff for this whenever 2.4 comes around.

- Tellware, Gummigoo, and Martlet have been fully resprited!
- All other characters, including followers have also had their sprites cleaned up!
- OC characters scream in agony upon death. (thanks FrivolousAqua)
- OCs now remain bundled together. (for both the intented experience and managing individual LUA scripts for each character seperately would be painful)

- Added Puro and Mollie Macaw ...again.
- Made Nibbles' joke signpost recolorable
- Retired the non-lua character files. There hasn't been any issues with Tellware's LUA pointed out in online or other game modes (at least not yet), and I really didn't think these were needed.

- Added 2 characters: Rambley and Mollie Macaw from Indigo Park!
- Corrected the realname of M. Bison (was "M Bison" in-game)
- Added 3 followers: nef, Mini Toad, and Mail Whale. This isn't just a character pack anymore!

- Added two characters: Talking Flower from Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Honey Dragon from Tribal Hunter (returning from the kart pack!)

- Added the Roller Badnik to the Individual and Cameo Packs.
- that's pretty much it.

More characters will be added slowly, but surely.

- Added M. Bison and Martlet, as well as providing the cameos character pack to bundle these characters together.
- The OCs and Tellware individual lua .pk3s were updated to have the most recent version of the Heavy Magician Box Removal script.
- More characters will come soon ...probably.
