A new map, and a new name (and a new musicdef...whoops)!

Well, that didn't take long.

Thanks to superstarxalien on the kart krew discord for helping me find that the musicdef for Sewer Surfway Zone 2 wasn't properly sourced. That should be fixed now.

Say hello (again?) to Sewer Surfway 2. a remake of one of my SRB2kart maps.

Also, I'm renaming this post from "Speed Stadium Zone" to "Starfall Cup".
