[Open Assets] Sonic Blast HUD v1.1

i think this one's "major" enough for 1.1, it adds uh
  • Hurry Up! when time's running out
    • happens in BCZ1, and maps with a Countdown!!
    • other mods can add a time variable that trigger the hurry up! text
  • Rings are now limited to 2 digits
    • this means that if you have 150 rings, for example, it'll show only 50, like Sonic Blast :P
  • Should hopefully optimize stuff
  • Got Through screen should be less jank, with stuff like
    • Changing how the spin button gets handled, hopefully skipping stuff more accurately
    • Offsets for the character running should be more accurate, still no guarantee custom characters' MT_TAILSOVERLAY shows up correctly!!
and that's all, should be last update i do to this, as i think it's atleast working and accurate enough to sonic blast now

Nothing major, only adds:
  • Tails' tails;
  • The character running away at the end of the Act End screen, which i somehow missed before.
Any character using the same followobject as Tails should show it, but it'll probably be on the wrong location, considering how i decided to do this.
