The manifesting didn't work
  • The spindash no longer transitions you to a running state, instead allowing you to charge immediately out of a roll, in order to preserve speed
  • Adjusted Radical Highway's time emblem in accordance with the spindash changes
  • Fixed animation errors when firing in mid-air
  • Fixed the "multiplayer" command not adding the proper file

Manifesting that this be the last release for this demo
This patch includes a bunch of changes intended to improve the general quality-of-life and polish of the demo. If nothing else comes up, this should be the final version until Demo 2 comes out. Hope you enjoy! And again, if any of these changes don't work properly, or if you find new bugs, please let us know so we can fix it!

Gameplay Changes:
  • Modified the spin dash to retain more of your momentum
  • Made it possible to thok/chaos snap mid-bounce
  • Implemented the Light Speed Dash for Sonic and Shadow on Custom 1
  • Made it possible to homing attack on pulleys
  • Dash rings now reset Shadow's chaos snaps
  • Removed an improper print message from Shadow
  • Made it possible for Tails and Eggman to shoot in mid-air
  • Gunslinger characters no longer automatically turn to face their target
  • Fixed "sa2abilities" not affecting gunslinger
  • Made Gamma capable of destroying crates by holding Spin
  • Implemented a hint system for treasure hunting
  • Added new title screen & sky textures, courtesy of N4h
  • Made B/C/D/E rank requirements more forgiving
  • Increased score combo timer to 8 seconds
  • Added behavior for crates to push a player out if they get stuck inside them
  • Re-implemented GSRails custom camera
  • Implemented a warning message about using an outdated SRB2 version
Level Changes:
  • Re-adjusted some dash rings in City Escape
  • Fixed some texture errors in City Escape
  • Added an extra star post in Prison Lane
  • Removed slope physics from the pumpkin tops in Pumpkin Hill
  • Added more detail to the hollowed pumpkin mountain in Pumpkin Hill
  • Added a missing Chao Crate in Pumpkin Hill
  • Added air bubbles to the underwater sections in Dry Lagoon
  • Added shadows to the polyobjects in Sand Ocean
  • Add more platforms to the final section in Sand Ocean
  • Added more life capsules in Sand Ocean
  • Re-adjusted some GUN Beetles in Sand Ocean
  • Fixed the player starts in Sand Ocean
  • Made the clouds in Radical Highway more opaque
  • Re-adjusted some dash rings in Radical Highway
  • Fixed some texture errors in Radical Highway
  • Re-adjusted some A rank & time emblem requirements in accordance with all of the above changes
Another hotfix, mainly to fix a major bug with the way score/gamedata was being saved.
  • Fixed an issue where your score would be calculated incorrectly, giving you over 4 billion points and corrupting your save data.
  • Improved the way characters interact with crates, allowing custom characters to destroy them.
  • Implemented a warning message about playing with custom characters in the Single Player version of the pack.
  • Fixed some texture errors in Dry Lagoon.
Again, if you find that any of these changes aren't working properly, or even if you find entirely new bugs, please let us know so we can fix it!
Quick hotfix to fix a bunch of bugs found in the initial release:
  • A majority of the unused music/textures have been removed, to reduce filesize.
  • The first Prison Lane checkpoint no longer spawns you directly in the line of fire of a GUN Hunter.
  • The ring capsule in the Radical Highway spring building has been repositioned to no longer send you flying.
  • The "noabilities" command has been replaced with an "sa2abilities" command, exclusive to the multiplayer version of the pack. If this command is On, the SA2:Blast character abilities will be enabled. However, this is Off by default, in order to avoid interfering with custom characters.
  • The "sa2abilities" command can be toggled by pressing "Fire" and "Fire Normal" simultaneously. It can also be toggled in the console.
  • Chao Keys no longer do anything when collected, since special stage behavior would previously bug out.
  • The loop camera is no longer shared between all players in multiplayer.
  • Disabled GSRails custom camera and print messages.
  • Marathon Mode no longer duplicates your character.
  • Added error handling for invalid score tally values.
