[Open Assets] Shadow Fever-v2 v1

Great mod but how do I turn it on Sonic? Is there a command for it or is there some requirement for him?

this is pretty good but it seems when you take damage while in shadow fever mode you stay red. also how is this a port? cause it doesnt say anywhere here that this is a port but its in the port's section.
