[Open Assets] Robot Characters Don't Drown Or Suffocate 1.0

The mod now includes an exclusion specifically to prevent the Eggman and Eggette mod characters from breathing underwater or in the vacuum of space. That's it. Otherwise the mod still covers any character flagged as a machine. This will probably be the final update since I don't really think there's anything else I can add.
