So glad to see him back for Ring Racers, and the new sprites are great too! The only negative is that his inclusion here doesn't qualify for the £1 million prize because it isn't Sonic 3. =P

Was genuinely thinking of making this guy myself, I can't believe anyone else would have thought of this. Hell yeah. Genuinely great spritework too
