Putuk's Ring Racers V3

Added a new character and first non-OC racer:

• Hedgeshock the Erinaceroid from Mega Man ZX Advent

Accidentally had outdated sprites in the pack, making it inconsistent with the individual downloads. This is now fixed. Additionally, changed the packs name to be consistent with the resource on here.

I've been busy making all of my friends OCs for Ring Racers, as well as a quick follower mod.
Now ALL of my friends got their OC in the game! One of them does not yet have voice lines, so they're omitted from the pack until then.
