[Open Assets] Noah Infinity's Truly Awful Hornmod Expansion v4.2 - The Return of the Horns - Directors Cut

This is just a small-ish general update to the addon to make it more quality.

• Changed file name to no longer include an apostrophe after learning it causes issues with dedicated servers
• Altered the volume and lengths of some horns
• Removed a duplicate horn I didn't catch prior
• Added 11 new regular horns and 5 new hellhorns as compensation for said duplicate horn

For some reason like, most of the hellhorns in v2 were just? Gone?

Reimporting the sounds should've fixed it. Now you get to enjoy Gangnam Style (EPIC PARTY REMIX 2012!!1!) again.

Honestly this one took waaaayyy too long to make. Might be running out of steam on these horns...

• 65 new regular horns
• 15 new hellhorns
• Some minor adjustments here and there
