Noah Infinity's Assorted Character Pack v2 - Cocoa, cocoa, cocoa!

After nearly half a year, this pack finally recieves a new character!

Joining the roster is the ever friendly, warm, cocoa-drinking cookie: Cocoa Cookie from Cookie Run!

Yup, another Cookie Run character. What a surprise.

Her stats are Speed 4, Weight 6, since I like to think she's on the heavier side. Her rivals are Honey, Rouge and Maria, gals that I think Cocoa would enjoy hanging out with.

Been a bit since this got an update. No new character yet sadly, but I can say that Doodlesona has recieved an overhaul.

Here's a list of changes!

• Sprites for looking back, drifting, damage, map icon and the grand prix result icon have all recieved moderate changes
• Sprite for turning has a face added (because otherwise it was blank)
• SSIG sign added
• Completely redone sound clips (as the old ones were with a crappy mic and sucked anyways)

I can't promise any new characters yet, but I've got some ideas...
