It's been a long time.
So basically a few months ago something weird happened. My RingRacers folder decided to just vanish out of my computer without a trace. Maybe this is karma from installing Ring Racers into my downloads folder? I dunno. Anyways, this devastated me. Ring Racers was one of my favourite games and I had spent countless hours on it, and everything had now just gone to waste.
BUT!!! With the Release of 2.4, I've decided to come back, and thank GOODNESS the passwords exist because if they didn't then I would have to do everything all over again. And that means I can probably work on this mod again.
