Pretty high quality work, that's for sure and visible. However, the resolution difference between Kumi herself and the kart feels jarring to me. If the Kart was remade with more pixels, I think it would bring more coherence to the mod, and make it look better.
The mostly flat colours also don't help in that regard, making her look flatter (ha) than she's supposed to.
With a bit more work, this could look phenomenal, honestly. Right now, still not bad, good quality on it, just a little jarring due to the issues listed above.
