News of Dr. Robotnik and Tails' new vehicle have traveled quite far, so much so that it reached the ears of the self-proclaimed king of Dream Land. Never one to miss proving his worth, King Dedede brings out his own ride, the Wheelie Bike Dedede Custom, somehow infuses it with the technology of the Ring Racer, and enters the competition!
King Dedede has a speed stat of 8, and a weight stat of 7, to stay ahead of the pack and knock around others, especially friend-shaped pink little guys! Of course, make sure you don't get knocked out yourself either, or else the king's ego might take a blow...

D- "My greatest rival! I can already imagine the crazy races we'll partake in... If he actually shows up! Right now, I bet he's taking a nap under some tree somewhere, without a care in the world... So he better be there and not let me down, I know he won't! ...He'll be there, right? Please tell me he'll be there!"
Dr. Eggman:
D- "We got some stuff in common, that doc and I, he knows how to have fun! Well, accent on the some, he might have seen the error in his ways like I did, but he's still a bit scary... At least for the common folk, he don't scare me none! And he got a whole lot of cool machines, I might just take a look at it when he ain't looking!
Zipp:
D- "Egh, there's something about this guy I really, REALLY don't like... Barely know him, but he's still in my list of 'worst people'! What?! Me, scared?? N-Nonsense! What do you mean I'm trembling?!"
...But wait, what's that, hanging on the king's back?
It's Cirno, the ice fairy of Gensokyo! She isn't from King Dedede's world at all, what is she doing here?
Regardless, the both of them seem to have teamed up! They keep the same 8 speed stat, and a weight stat of... 6?! How are they suddenly lighter? What does this fairy thinks she's doing? ... But seriously, how did they even meet, how did they agree on this??
Their rivals seem to differ too, when they're together! Let's hear it from them:
