evan_online's Booster Content Pass 2.4

I am so sorry to hotfix AGAIN but I don't have any further updates planned at the moment and thus I don't know when I'd fix this.

It was pointed out to me that the box for Sca-Kuma's portrait isn't properly closed and this would have BUGGED ME AND HAUNTED ME IF I DIDN'T FIX IT IMMEDIATELY. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND.

Minor fix to Sca-Kuma; the outline on his minimap icon is now always white and is no longer recolored by different spray cans, which is in line with other characters. (Easy mistake to make when the rest of the character's sprites naturally have a white outline by default that are SUPPOSED to be recolored!)

Sca-Kuma:

• Improved Sca-Kuma's sprite so that its color changes more when using other palettes.
• Default palette changed to White. (A custom spraycan color more closely resembling the original coloration may come in the future - but it's a pretty subtle change anyway.)
• General system stability improvements to enhance the user's experience.
• Individual wad updated to 1.3.

Funky Dancefloor Zone:

• In 1.1, the track's preview picture regressed to a dated, low-quality image used in development; the preview picture has been updated to a new one.
• Minor texture alterations in the concert area.
• Fixed some missing textures and visible dev textures.
• Individual wad updated to 1.2.

Funky Dancefloor Zone:

• The 5-ring boxes in the boost rings at the end of the first dancefloor section now show up in Time Attack. The previous Staff Ghosts are unchanged.
• Removed a floating back-facing texture above the opening straightaway.
• General improvements to enhance the gameplay experience.
• Individual pk3 updated to 1.1.

Sca-Kuma:

• Fixed some pixels on Sca-Kuma's victory sign that were unintentionally set to change with the player's chosen palette.
• Individual pk3 updated to 1.2.

• Introducing a brand new racetrack in the Lost & Found category - Funky Dancefloor Zone, inspired by SegaSonic Bros. and the song "Funky Brothers"!
• Adds a new "SegaSonic" follower category featuring followers of all four SegaSonic Bros using their sprites from the game. Spraypaint only affects their shoe color - these brothers are different as red and blue!
• Adjusted Sca-Kuma's sprites to improve their quality, and fixed a transparency issue on his glare sprites; updated the individual file to v1.1.
