Hi, welcome to the thread! I've made a few characters here, and some followers; I also plan to update this pack somewhat regularly.

Banjo-Pilot Cast (Banjo, Kazooie, Mumbo Jumbo, Jinjo, Humba Wumba, Gruntilda "Grunty" Winkybunion, Klungo, Bottles, Jolly Roger)
They use heavily modified sprites from Banjo-Pilot; I also attempted to mimic their stats from the game.

Banjo's average in everything, except being slightly harder to handle.
His default color is Leather, and the colors change his fur, as well as the cart.
They are eachothers' rivals, but they also have a common one with Gruntilda
Banjo also has a rivalry with Minecraft's Steve [I chose to use the one from the Block Brakers' pack].

Kazooie's slower than default, but easier to handle.
Her default color is Red, and the colors change most of her feathers, as well as the cart.
They are eachothers' rivals, but they also have a common one with Gruntilda
Kazooie also has a rivalry with Doomguy.

She drives with her talons, since you can't really grab a wheel with wings!

Mumbo is slower than default but has average weight.
His default color is Fuchsia, and recolors change his skin, as well as the cart.
His rivals are Humba Wumba, Gruntilda, and Doomguy- He looks like a Revenant after all!

Jinjo is very slow, but also very easy to control, much like in Banjo-Pilot.
The default color is Fuchsia, and... well, yeah. You can already see what changes from color swaps.
Their rivals are Gruntilda, Chao, and Tails Doll. (The last two are just battling for cute-but-deadly status with the Jinjos)

Humba is relatively slow compared to most, but handles like a champ. She uses voicelines from Nuts & Bolts, since she doesn't have much to work with in Tooie (this also may be the case for Jolly Roger)
Her default color is Royal, and her dress changes colors.
Her rivals are Mumbo, Gruntilda, and Kazooie (Literal rival and future husband, main antagonist, and loudmouth she dislikes)

Gruntilda "Grunty" Winkybunion has come to race, too. She's really heavy, but also really fast- a combo befitting her hard-to-control, yet also fast playstyle in Banjo-Pilot.
Her default color is Black, and her clothes change color. (She looks yellower here than normal, due to how the game does spray-color compatibilities)
Her rivals are Banjo, Kazooie, Mumbo, Jinjo, and Humba. Self-explanatory, if you've played the games!

Klungo, Grunty's main minion, main abuse victim, and also a married man (but not to the witch!), has just rolled up. He's always wanted to be a game designer, and definitely has the build of one. He's slightly faster than normal, but really heavy, despite downing a shrinking potion to fit in one of these Ring Racers...
His default color is Turtle, and recolors change his skin.
His rivals are Banjo, Kazooie, and Wonder Boy (Only one toothy green guy allowed, in his mind!)

Bottles the myopic mole can drive faster than most... look at 'em! He's one of the fastest! Same as Fang with high speed, average weight.
His default color is Black, which colors his fur.
His rivals are the loudmouth Kazooie, the witch Gruntilda, and his brother Jamjars (as of right now, incomplete)

Jolly Roger, the runner of a harborside in and former mayor of Jolly Roger's lagoon, makes his debut! This frog ain't crazy, but he sure acts like it sometimes; he's lanky, so he's slow and pretty light compared to most, but he's certainly faster than the weakest of racers, and can jostle them too!
His default color is Garden, and it recolors his body throughout when you do change it.
His rivals are Big (Not really a frog he'd want!), Klungo, and Gruntilda.
Some people call him a bit of a dodgy kind of guy, too...

Banjo-Kazooie Bonus Characters (Tooty, Jamjars, Mingy Jongo)

ingame crop.JPG

Tooty, Banjo's younger sister, makes her debut with low speed, yet average weight!

...she's on probation from the "Rubbish Characters in Video Games" prison, I hear...

Her default color is Leather, and her rivals are Gruntilda, Klungo, and Banjo. (With him, it's more friendly competition. The other two are more just 'revenge'.)

ingame crop.JPG

DS Jamjars has deployed in a Racer as well! He's fast, but pretty light; lighter than his brother, and faster too. He's tough, so be ready to get your ear yelled off if a single mistake is made!
His default color is Moss, and his rivals are Gruntilda, Klungo, and his brother Bottles (sibling rivalry...?)

ingame crop.JPG

Mingy Jongo, basically the "Sonic CD" equivalent to Mumbo, in a sense, has also shown up. He shares stats with Cluckoid- being average speed, but slightly heavier...
His default color is Silver, and his rivals are Mumbo, Banjo, and Kazooie.

Blockhead (Blockland)

As this one was... done from scratch, it's clearly a lot less quality. But I did what I could with my skill and reference images! It's the default avatar from the (surprisingly still available and playable, although incredibly inactive) MMO, Blockland. The game was probably my first online game ever, so uh. Yeah!
[The game even predates Roblox, if you could believe that. And it was also about building blocks!]
The default color is White- and it recolors the shirt. I was debating making a custom color so I could change more than the shirt, but I'm... not knowledgable on that front.
All of the sounds are directly ripped from the game itself- which... are mostly stock sounds, but yeah.
Their rivals are Minecraft's Steve (the game was occasionally compared to Minecraft when the latter first was in alpha), Doomguy (invading his engine, after all), and Motobug (that one is kind of far-fetched, but many of the creations in the game were 'machines', including some default saved builds.)

A Banjo-Kazooie category now exists, and has 4 total new ones!

A Jiggy, which plays the little musical ditty when you win one from a challenge in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts,
with the default color "Gold"

A Note, which plays the little musical ditty when you win them from a challenge in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts,
with the default color "Gold"

A Mumbo Token, which makes its "Eekum-Bokum" sound when collected in Banjo-Kazooie,
with the default color "Pigeon"

A Glowbo, which makes its little "Oh!" sound when collected in Banjo-Tooie,
with the default color "Fuchsia"

Current Roadmap for the foreseeable future:

Soon- Kiryu, Majima (Yakuza/Like A Dragon, based on their appearances in the first two games)
Same time - Followers from the
Yakuza/Like A Dragon series (i.e. young Haruka)

After the previous pair - Peppino, Gustavo, Brick
After the previous three - Noise, Noisette, Mr. Stick
Same time - Toppins as Followers, maybe Monster Toppins as well

Later Plans:

Custom Karts as alternatives
[List so far for future intentions:
Banjo - Diddy Kong Racing Car
Kazooie - Bolt Bucket (Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing with Banjo-Kazooie)
Blockhead - in-game version of a Jeep + SpeedKart
ALSO planning to release bases of at least Banjo's and Blockhead's vehicles]

Maybe uploading my OC? I don't know yet.

Credit where credit is due:

Kart Krew - The game itself, the ring racer graphics, and having some nice people on their team and in the Discord.

SMS Alfredo - Originally accepting the submission of just Banjo, and assisting with moving over when I finished the followers.

Tiniest Turtles, Togen, Superstarxalien, Guil - being helpful in the Discord for me when I was strugglin'. Kudos to Super for making Followermaker too!
