I got permission from Dimpsuu to bring and share their SRB2Kart Carbuncle mod to Ring Racers!! He's complete with the new Ring Racers kart, with only minor adjustments to help him fit in it better. And he has two variants, one who's default color is yellow (named Carbuncle), and one who's default color is orange (named Hasbean), also done with permission :] Full credit goes to Dimpsuu, as they're the one who actually made the sprites and sounds!!
I flagged this with Ask Me/ No Permission To Maintain simply because I don't feel comfortable giving others permission for something I just did minor adjustments for. You'll have to ask them for that.
