Dedicated Server launcher 2.2

This update is mostly to add Spanish translations (Separate script), as well as improve readability.
Removed:

• Custom port

Added:

• In-script variable path to game (You must open the script with notepad or another text editor to use it. It is preferred over everything else)
• Spanish version! (Requires full support for character map number 65001, which the legacy console host doesn't support)

Changes:

• Changed some goto calls to actual calls, making them actual functions instead. (Requires the call command to support labels. You can check that by running help call in any command prompt and reading the help text)
• Removed some error handlers that were never executed.

Added:

• Custom port (Allows you to choose which port do you want to use for the server)
