[Open Assets] Coffee's BFDI Pack V1.5

Gelatin, Balloony, and Lollipop now are added as part of the roster. These 3 were originally meant to come out alongside Firey, but that update ended up being much smaller due to various circumstances.

These 3 have better audio compared to the previous characters, and I wish to backport these improvements to the older characters.

So as you can tell Tiptup and Rotom got removed and this got made into a general BFDI pack. There's a reason for which: I plan on putting my non-BFDI characters into their own pack. That pack is going to get submitted in a few days at least.

Though more substantially there's now finally a pk3, and I made my own version of Firey to add to the pack.

Adds Price Tag, Snowball, and Remote. Also minor sprite correction for Blocky's turning.

Only notable change is that Pen and Bubble are now added to the pack. Eventually I'll get to non-BFDI characters again but there's a few more I wanna do.

- Updated sprites, mainly death sprites and some of Tiptup's sprites
