CAS Racer Pak- Wave 4 Racers arrived! V4

After Halloween, I figured more racers would join the party since it's now 2026. One from the Asparian Racers lineup and the other from the World Racers lineup!

New Characters!

1. Violet "Shade" Kalili (Red Dasher (CAS' Originals))
2. Emma (Ninjala) (commissioned by MoonyEclipsy)

Also included is the Alternate VA pack which changes the voice lines of the racers of the pack. So far, only the Specter British voice is available.

Changes to existing racers:
-Ella have received some updated sprites.
-The Specter UK racer has been removed, in favor of the Alternate VA pack.
-Logan/Blaze has received a stat change, now 5/8.

It's been months hasn't it? Well it's finally Halloween, and it's time a new racer pack update! So let's see whats new?

New Characters!

1. Wapeach (scrapped Mario character)
2. Specter (Ape Escape)

Now Specter is available in both US and UK voice variants. You can download one included in the World Racers pack of the Individuals zip folder, unless you prefer using the US voice included in the pack.

We're expecting another one of the Red Dasher racers, which will wait til V4.

Changes to existing racers:
-Neil and Ella have received some updated sprites.
-To go along with the release of Specter, Spike's rivals have been changed.
-Ella has received rival changes.
-Logan/Blaze has received a stat change, now 8/7.
-Some voice clips have changed for Logan/Blaze.

Usually I do weekend patches for my map pack, but not this time. I rather focus with the racer pak, so lets see what's new!

-This updates most of Acro's XTRA and Death sprites.

I wanna thank AL for doing the Kat sprite for me and permission to include her in my pack. Also my friend UnknownArtistML to include Starla in my pack, and yeah her birthday was this week!​

Forgot to include the Individuals.

Well I forgot something so here you go.

This fixes the issue involving Ace's voice clips as those conflict with another racer with the same prefix. Replaced with the current ones with the current prefix name, forgot that it was the previous build before the change.
