[Open Assets] Buddy's Eyesore Color Pack v2.1

Apparently I did not realize that the video flags in Ring Racers aren't the same as in SRB2, so some chat names were just white. This small update should fix that up. (except ZXSpectrum as its supposed to be white)

Also changed Holodescent slightly, one of the colors used (1) has been changed to (252) in order to give a very light pastel pink instead of a very slightly off white.

Updated it to use the recent version of ChrisFurry's animated skin library!
