Added a missing deathplane at the outside session. Oops. Can't beleave no one has fall here during play test

- The maps are now avaibles in Grand Prix

Added a new map, which now make a the addon a map pack
- Bootleg Factory : A rework of the Funky factory from srb2k
- Bootleg War : no change

- Removed the lign of spikes, it was useless and could cause player slamming into it to be stuck.
- Added more rings
- Minor adjustement of the first turn
