[Open Assets] Bootleg Cup 2.1

These are some decent remasters of some late game Kart staples. Though I can't rate this any higher given the fact that to even access the maps you need to use commands. That oversight needs to be fixed.

a fun track to race on, although I agree with the sentiment of it not feeling much like Thousand March. in my opinion, this is mostly just down to the textures and the music; all-vanilla is cool, but this track is definitely wanting for a retheme, once you know how to go about doing it. the layout is good, but the current theme (which reuses Rumble Ridge's visuals and music, but with a darker sky) is holding it back in my eyes. will be happy to re-rate if a retheme update comes out!
