Freaky Mutant Man
These are fantastically done, no complaints about the actual contents of the pack. However, the file name of the pack presents problems when trying to launch the game with the addon loaded using shortcut parameters, due to it using spaces instead of underscores, so I always have to modify the file name manually to get it working in my setup, since otherwise the game will simply either fail to launch or fail to load the addon. (The current name is also out of standard file name convention, since it lacks the DC_ prefix the board mandates - I'd personally suggest naming it something like DC_BlastProcessingPack2.1.pk3 instead.)

Again, the actual pack itself is a delight - the characters fit right into the game's art style and if you were to present the game to someone with just this addon loaded, they would have absolutely zero reason to think either character weren't just part of the base roster. Top-notch and likely a permanent part of my load order!
