I found out that the weasel song went perfect with the title screen opening. If you add it with the netlauncher and then watch the opening you'll see that sonic comes out to the sounds of the song.

I figured out that the "Barney's on Fire" song wasn't by Weird Al Yankvic, its was actually by Tony Mason, but the song fits great in the music pack!

Limewire(or livewire, it was on my cousins computer so I don't remember) said it was by weird al yankovic but I geuss it was wrong.
