v2.2.13 Character Sprites - In case you like the old sprites better

This mod adds the v2.2.13 sprites of the 6 base characters as separate characters.
In the Character Selection Screen, the descriptions of the old versions of the characters tell you if it's using the old sprites.
The old versions of the characters start out unlocked, unlike the non-old versions of the characters.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make Knuckles, Amy, or Fang have their old skincolors in the Character Select Screen, but this mod is otherwise completely accurate to v2.2.13.
