For some reasons it keeps flickering betweeen the Trueno and a green sonic, help?

For some reasons it keeps flickering betweeen the Trueno and a green sonic, help?

I have tested again with only this Addon enabled on the latest DRRR version and I cannot replicate the issue.
Which addons are you using?
When does the flicker occur? It's everytime the car is vibrating?
