Back at it again with another OC racer! It's... me? Well, rather, my online persona, Toon Ethan; a zany, cartoony alter-ego of yours truly.

Toon is a Class E racer. His stats are 5 Speed, and 4 Weight, making him share a slot with Sakura. Sound effects were sampled from Ed, Edd n Eddy, some stock sfx heard in Looney Toons, and the late Youtuber kitty0706.
