Note: I didn't find a voice that fits SAPARi Cat, but I remembered a PS1 game (vib-ripple and vib-ribbon) and used it as a voice (I thought it was cute, but I'll do more research to be faithful to the character)

1. Fixed an issue that caused one of the Sapari character audios to not play correctly.
2. S_skin adjusted
3. The file positions are wrong, causing Game Crash
