Invalid Strange SRB2 Lag

I got this strange bug in my SRB2 exe where when loading a level, it lags very hard. In some cases like CEZ, the game experiences huge lag spikes. It also happens in fresh installs and vanilla gameplays. It could be an optimization issue or not because this bug happened nowhere. Strangely 2.2.9 is only affected while older versions like 2.1.15 work properly. Could someone please tell what is the problem with my game? Thanks!

Edit: The lag has been fixed, it was snd_channels that was causing lag. Any moderator, please archive the thread. Thanks
