As you can see, a lot is going on in here (the attachment). I just updated from 2.2.13 to 2.2.15 yesterday. before that, it worked perfectly fine. I also changed the resource I used. Instead of using the srb2.pk3 resource from 2.2.13, I used the one from 2.2.15 . Will this be a problem, and is it just my fault?

here it is
Zone Builder is outdated and isn't set up to use 2.2.15. It can't read the resource properly anymore. You'll notice the textures there are all related to Mario Mode, which was overhauled in 2.2.14.

It will probably not be a major issue for you.

That is good to know, cause the same thing happened to me.
 
This is actually more of an issue with 2.2.15 than zone builder, the texture errors are leftovers from 2.2.14's revamp, where the original textures used in some of these composite textures are just not there anymore, so they error out in zb, and srb2 just doesn't load those textures and replaces any instance of them with REDWALL.
