Srb2 won't open up, SetDisplayModeFAILED

I got a windows alert saying that. Here is the exact phrase: SetDisplayMode FAILED: Function call not supported. Can someone please help me resolve this issue and possibly explain what it is? Anyone who replies will be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I get that error, I restart my computer, and it goes away.
