Not just you! That's a new feature added in 2.2.12, mods won't count as cheats anymore, meaning you can save with mods on.

Cool! Now i can use mods with saving. I'm glad that it doesn't count as cheating anymore and new colors for player looks nice.

Nothing wrong, the patcher only updates whats necessary, but a reinstall also works so your choice :)

One of my favorite features in the update too!
And it's still nice cheats still count as cheats, so little timmy can't use noclip and god to go to the end

I think so, i'm gonna do a quick test with an add-on, i believe it's called sprite roll angle?

Sloprollangle already could be used in 2.2.11, and possibly before.
