Sonic 4 movie theory (It's incredible) and other stuff

I like SRB2.
The Theory:
Near the end of the Sonic 3 Movie, Eggman slices the Moon accidentally before getting blown up in the Eclipse Cannon.
Eggman survives and starts planning his return. He builds Grand Eggship to fly back in and Metal Sonic, and hires Fang. Amy Rose sneaks on board and is watching Eggman. Upon returning, Eggman builds the Egg Rock complex on the Moon to try to fix it. He has Metal Sonic guard the Moon and Fang keep an eye on G.U.N.. Eggman then discovers the Master Emerald and the Chaos Emeralds, which separated during the explosion of the Eclipse Cannon, and decides he has a chance to try and take over the world. Fang quits working for Eggman, and Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles join together to save the world while being assisted by Amy. The reason I think Fang could be added is because Maddie's outfits reflect upcoming characters. In the hospital scene, when the Eclipse Cannon is charging, Maddie wears purple and white.

Anyway, this is just an unlikely but hilarious theory. It could explain why SRB2 v2.3 seems so far away, as if the developers were busy, but who knows. :)
I noticed the Greenflower sky is weird because you are in the middle of the ocean and not in the zone. I also think there should be a Pipe Towers Zone Act 2, with underwater, castle, and maybe an Act 3 with a boss (Bowser).

If the developers were helping, they wouldn't be working on SRB2 2.3. However, I have no idea what the developers are working on or what Sonic Movie 4 is about. It's just a theory I thought was funny.

I think it would be cool if Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers had a safe steering ability like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe that prevents you from driving off the road.

Stop being off-topic so much.
Besides, if you can't even stay on the road, Ring Racers probably isn't a game for you anyway.

No it's just that I meant to say that earlier I just forgot to, and I can stay on the road. I'm just suggesting it as maybe an accessibility feature or something.
