designed to resemble mighty's appearance in SegaSonic the Hedgehog (1993, arcade) and match well with the sprites of other characters drawn for Ring Racers, this character mod acts as a patch to mighty's skin in the base game instead of being a separate character. this is a labor of love from me as a huge fan of mighty ever since i was a kid <3

here's a fun bonus for folks: in order to achieve mighty's unique drifting frames, where he turns half as much as other drivers do but does so with his entire shell and torso, i drew effectively a 16-angle turnaround for mighty so he'd have total consistency in his shape and shading between all his frames. stringing them together in sequence results in this funny animation where his head and torso turn smoothly but his limbs and the kart turn in stutterstep.

i have absolutely no plans to ever make him a 16-angle character, but i thought this would be neat to share :>
