Shortly, that's just impossible to do.
Longly, the thing to consider here is the file size of the entire game. With VanillaSRB2, that was fine since it has minimum file size (~200MB), and thus was easier to port. With a gigantic kart racer like this one, that's already well over 670MB when just downloading the .zip file, and possibly over 1GB unzipped, it is much harder to port and process data of the game for a web port. And even if it were to work, it would perform super poorly.
I get you might be new to this whole thing, but a simple 10-minute work of logically-thinking about the technical possibillity is enough to realise this just isn't possible.
