R_LoadTextures: Missing patch texture in BLUEW1 Error

I made a new wad and when I add it to the normal srb2 this is what comes up. Can someone tell me how to get past this please?

What kind of WAD is it?

uh, a wad?
I copied sonic.plr then named it **********.wad

then I coloured it lots, I made a S_SKIN for it too so

EDIT: I put *******.wad becuase I dont want you to know the name.
But I think it is something to do with the patches.
