Question about Reusability

I am willing to make a collection of Open Assets mods into one. Some are literally only gonna be copy pasted, some are gonna be changed, and I will add in some of my work as well.

Can I do it? Because the reusability system states that, if a mod is open assets, you can republish it as long as it has some of your work put into it.

So, does that mean I can't make my project just because some of the mods are gonna be copy pasted?

Well you do gotta ask permission first I think, or look at each mod and see what the creator thinks is fine to do whcih Is nearby the download button
