New name: "Blivsey"
I've been seeing this in a bunch of videos and other places (SMS Unleashed, SRB2Riders, and even an uber-ancient demo preview), and I don't get it. How do you trigger the camera to stop following you and stay rooted in place, looking at you from there?
 
It's also something that the level designers can have control of.
