Invalid Parallax Bug

There's a little bug in my game where parallaxes from all vanilla levels are nowhere to be seen, this part of techno Hill 2 being one of the most noticeable part that lacks parallax. (as you can see there is nothing here when actually there's supposed to be some buildings)
