Ova Sonic Remake

Hello! recently I've been doing some sprites for Ova Sonic and thought it would be a good idea to do a remake of this mod.

If there's someone who knows how to make mods and program, I would be grateful if you help me!

(Also the first ability of the image makes Sonic do some sort of long jump that makes him dash in the air)
