The blue Tails is Tapika the Fox, he's not in the version that's out right now.
There was a new version given out on IRC however.

i did disable it, i put allowsuper = 0. and he does have 4 spikes, and he's suposed to be bright, he's a PURE LIGHT Hedgehog
