V1.1 - General Polish

Here's a minor update that changes a few things to give it some more polish.

• Luigi's joke signpost sprite was updated to make the reference clearer.
• Some of Mario and Luigi's voiceclips were changed.
• Mario and Luigi's custom colors have changed invcolors and were made accessible to prevent synch failures.
• Pain sprites are updated to look less awkward.

I'm glad this still gets updated every now and then, the followers are SO fitting, and I love how much effort has been put in to the two plumbers!

How did you make the Sprites look so HD? Are they 3D Models, but made into Kartmaker? I really gotta know!

• After 5 years of hiatus since SRB2Kart, Bowser finally makes his return, enlisting the help of Wario and Waluigi to aid in knocking the Mario Bros. out of first place.
• Sound changes to Mario, Luigi, and some followers.

• New follower: the Koopa Clown Car! Comes with a horn using music made by daypeecone for Church of Kondo.
• Waluigi's signpost renders have been overhauled.
• Posing and voice clip adjustments for Waluigi.
• There's now only one category for N64 followers.
• Coloring adjustments for Bowser.
• Super Bowser Circuit has been overhauled to be closer to Bowser's late N64 appearance.
