You can't make posts private. One method I use for transferring files from my PC to my phone is just emailing the file to it.

Or if you've got one of these USB-C (on newer phones, older models have Micro-USB or something else) to USB cables, you can just plug in your phone to your PC and do it.

To add on to amperbee's response, almost half of us would know how to make it work on phone, so why DM a bunch random people asking this question.....? It'll just become spam anyways.

And about making post private: you can only make them private by making this, but even so, I'm not sure if most of the Admins themselves would know about how to do this.
