My game's connection error is weird

Im trying to connect to the Master server but its showing an error i havent seen from most example images, I havent tried reinstalling the game yet, I just dont understand what this means and need help. I've played the game before and haven't touched it for around a month. The website also is having weird issues so I dont know if its some kind of maintenance day or something

But it's happen only if I connecting to server from my router
Maybe it's problem in router or damn Internet operator
