My custom FLOOR0_4 has the tutti-frutti effect!

I can't figure out how to make my custom floor texture look right! Could someone take a look at my file, and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You didn't save the lump as a doom flat.

I converted the texture to a Doom Flat, but now it SIGSEGVs!

Uh, did you convert your wall textures to Doom GFX? I converted both, saved, and it worked.
