I think they mean they want a list of already released mods that replicate the 2.3 footage that's been shown so far.

I think you'd be better off just looking around for 2.3-esque mods yourself. I will say there's likely a very small list of those given that 2.3 has such little content shown publicly and our community would be better off not. (Especially since directly plagiarizing unreleased assets is against the rules)
