Yep it's another one of these.
Comes packaged with any and all funny sounds in my sounds folder, but you can easily add more.
made this in like an evening so enjoy.

Malice Furia updated Mally's Less Spammable Chatsounds with a new update entry:

[v2] Largely some tweaks I didn't get around to adding yesterday.

• Adjusted the default values a tad bit.
• You now get notified when the limit is currently reached.
• Small visual changes/fixes for the console commands.
• Command to list all the sounds available. chatsound_list [page?]

Next update (if ever) will probably be a heap of extra sounds if i scrounge any together
