Lord Tourettes

This is my first custom character mod on it.
I made the sprites using Paint.net

V3 UPDATE:
Adjustment - His Color is now greenier!

V2 UPDATE:
Bugfix - Lord Tourettes name is no longer "lord"!
Bugfix - Grass Green is actually Yellowish-Green!
Overhaul - The asymmetrical example is now moved as a PERFECTLY SYMMETRICAL example!
Improvement - Lord Tourettes Stats is now Speed 7 and Weight 4!
